Running Update

I ran for 30 minutes today and it went really well. I think that I could have run longer. Friday I am going to do 35 minutes.

Plans for the rest of this month:

Monday run 35 minutes

Wednesday run 40 minutes

Friday run 40 minutes

W 3/21 45 minutes
F  3/23  50 minutes

W 3/28  50 minutes
R  3/29 walk 3 miles

S 3/31 Race Day
